The purpose of The Raymond Edward Swanson II Foundation is to form a national coalition of individuals, churches, educational institutions, community organizations, businesses, and corporate partners to combat against racism that influence the caste system with regards to the New Jim Crow that promotes legalized discrimination in voting rights, employment, housing, education, public benefits, jury service, and more importantly the criminal justice system. The Raymond Edward Swanson II Foundation will develop an organization that will address and make recommendations for resolutions for the caste system of racism in area of the criminal justice system, health, housing, education, and economic development through events, seminars, conferences, and meetings. The Forum as it will be call will create a national database of individuals, churches, educational institutions, community organization, businesses, and corporations to end discrimination that influence the caste system with regards to the New Jim Crow that promotes legalized discrimination. The Forum will develop chapters across the country that will sponsor events that will address and make recommendations to combat against the New Jim Crow and end legalize discrimination.
